looking to quick claim deed for property in nev. one of the person on the deed to be transferred is deceased what is needed to do quick claim deed removing his name from the deed

You cannot do it by quit claim deed. If the property was held as joint tenants, you would file an Affidavit Terminating Joint Tenancy with a certified copy of the death certificate. If the property was held as tenants in common, a probate needs to be opened.
