Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Nevada

closed and recorded on a new production home on 6-14-2007. the agent for the home builder represented both seller and buyer. just received mailer from the builder(by mistake, think the builder forgot to take me off the interest list). effective 7-14-07 has lowered the selling price of the home i purchased by $100,000 . this is not an incentive program, the base price for the home was reduced. do i have any legal rights?

Everyone knows tha market is dropping. If you signed a contract and the agent made the dual agency disclosure, your stuck with the deal.
