What happens to real estate at death of spouse?

My husband owns a home in Las Vegas which he bought with nad then inherited from a friend They purchased the house before our marriage He inherited because the friend died, after our marriage It is not covered in his estate plan or will If he predeceases me does that mean the house comes to me?
