Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Nevada

Real estate Law

Do I have to file Bankruptcy to Forclose on my home in Nevada? If the loan and the title are in my name only, will a forclosure affect my husbands credit as well or only mine?

Re: Real estate Law

You would file a bankruptcy to stop a foreclosure. I have also had some luck stopping them by a lawsuit without filing for bankruptcy. If you only file, this will not affect your husband's credit.

If you would like further information, you may email me back.
