Real Property Abandonment Law

I own a house in Las Vegas and there is a second person I added to the title who disappeared 8 months ago and has not been paying. Is there anyway to get this person off the title for abandoning the property? I owned it before adding this person to the title and there was no money exchanged.

You would have to file a Petition To Quiet Title in District Court.
