Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Nevada
rental income
I'm filing chapter 7. My ''second'' house is being forclosed. Must Mngmnt. Co. stop collecting rent? Does renter stay rent-free until evicted? Or do I continue to accept rent?

Re: rental income
That is up to the benkruptcy trustee. Your contract with the renter is separate from the one you have with the mortgage company. The tenant isn't entitled to stay there rent free. However, any rent you collect is property of the bankruptcy estate.
