Landlord entry into Tenancy
Yes, but only at reasonable times and with reasonable notice. Also, in GA the Landlord (LL) has to have a reason. The LL cannot just come into snoop around. Resonable times in GA are 8 am to 5 pm. In the absence of an emerg., there should be notice to the tenant. Check with a NV lawyer for the specifics in your state.
Not, as a general rule, without permission.
Under Massachusetts law, that is.
Your lease may grant permission to show the place in the last two months or so of your tenancy, but only with 'notice' to you (which usually meanspermission as well, but you can't deny permission gamesay).
Landlords may also get access to do repairs, particularly ones you have complained about to them in writing, or in emergencies.
Each state's laws are different on this subject.
