Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Nevada
resl estate scam
our house was to go up for sale at the foreclosure auction, the day b4
2 ladies came to my house and said they could stop the sale & help us save our credit. They gave us the impression they had buyers for the house! They filed some papers, which only my partner signed.(we both are on the deed)
This was to cost us $1500. Also they would work it out with the lender so that we would pay half of what are mortgage pyment was if we would like to say in the house for 6 mths - 12 mths. Allowing us to get our finances in order. at this time we could either pay our loan off or sell the house! They took our r.v for the payment of there services and Nov rent. I called my lender to find out the status of our loan today, thinking it had been taken care of. They informed me that we still owe for the loan and they're attorneys were trying to get
the bankruptsey dismissed for further collections. I never filed bankruptsy. I also can't find any information on the name of the company- Loma Union Trust. I think we've been scammed. What do I do? Many other details exist

Re: resl estate scam
Call the attorney general's office, consumer affairs. They will take a report and try to prosecute them.
You can hire me to clear up the bankruptcy as I have practiced bankruptcy for over 15 years.
