section 22

hello,im a timeshare holder ,i also have the deed,of the greek isle hotel when i purchased was debbie reynold casino. i just recive d a letter that according to section 22 the owner is terminated the time share regime, can he do that i have the deed ,they are offering me $1000 dollars,what is section 22?
