seller refuses to return the earnest money las vegas how do I file a Lis Pendes ?

You need to file a lawsuit for a lis pendens. Have you talked to the title company about getting your earnest money back? If you would like to discuss further, email me at [email protected].

You may just want to sue him in small claims for breach of contract.
