Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Nevada

Sellers disclosure

I purchased a nice home from Seller located at the end of a quiet street.

The Seller never wrote in her disclosures that the vacant 10 acres behind this house would be starting construction on a huge 3 story medical office building. Even though the county sends out notices of public hearings to surrounding property owners well in advance. There goes my views, peace and quiet.

Do I have recourse?

Thank you for your valuable time.

Re: Sellers disclosure

Nevada sellers and their agents are required to disclose material facts which affect the value of the property. You may have recourse under your scenario.
