separate property of a deceased spouse

{wife unknowingly signed a quick deed for property to her husband)What happens to the now separate property after the husband dies ( the spouse which whom the property was deeded over to)?The couple were still married.

The property passes in accordance with the Decedent husband's Will, or if no Will, the laws of intestate succession. Any action to set aside the conveynace from the deceased Wife should be commenced promptly, before innocent third parties take title for value, without notice of [whatever] title infirmities that may exist.
