Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Nevada

We sold our property to our parents and have been acquiring interest on the property for 5 yrs. Can we now quitclaim deed the property so they do not need to pay us any longer for the property?

You will need to provide more details to explain everything. If you sold the property, did you not transfer the deed to your parents and if so, how do you have any ability to quitclaim anything now.
