ex spouse to re-marry
My ex-husband and I each own a share in our martial home, which I currently reside. He will remarry this month. Will his new wife be entitled to a share of this property-on title, thus dividing the property into 1/3 ownerships.

It is more complicated than that. If you are paying the mortgage on the home, you are getting an increasing amount of ownership and your ex-husbands interest may get smaller, unless there is an agreement to the contrary. His new wife will at best get only 1/2 of what he continues to get after they get married.
