In the state of Nevada, can a landlord or property management comp. evict me without giving tenant/me a reason for eviction?

Because of the lack of complete info in your question, I'll have to answer this one with a lawyerly "it depends." If you are at the end of your lease term, or are on a month-to-month lease, then they do not have to give any reason for evicting you, since the period of your contract with the property owner has ended. So long as proper notice (30 days from your next rent due date in the case of a month-to-month) is given you, they do not need to state a reason for asking you to vacate. If, however, you are in a lease and the contract time has not run out, they need a reason for breaching the agreement and ending it prior to the stated end of the period. If they cannot give one (demonstrating you are in breach of the lease), then THEY are in breach, and you have a cause of action to prevent the eviction.
