tenant/landlord lawsuit

i have 2 llc's and going to court w/ landlord w/ the 1st llc. can landlord go after the assets of the 2nd llc b/c the lease was personally guaranteed. i want to protect the money in the 2nd llc. thanks.

Indirectly he can go after your interest in the other llc.

It all depends on how well your LLCs are structured. Our NV attorney can assist you but you will probably need to make some changes ASAP, if it isn't already too late.
