Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Nevada

Tenant's advanced paid rent held in trust.

I'm losing my rental hose when I file Chap. 7 (waiting for court date). The renter paid 6 months rent in advance which is in a trust that was set up by Mngmt. Co. who will also be named in Chapt. 7. Do I wait for court's decision and then inform Mngmt. Co. and refund unused rent or do I do it now. It could be a few months before I appear. Any collected rents would be turned over to court,

Let the Trustee do that. Anything you do at this point could be wrong.
