Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Nevada

I am thinking of letting my house be forclosed on.I am current on payments,which that probably dosent matter.I would like to know if i forclosed would the bank go after my other assets?I live in NEVADA. PAUL.K

About 25% of the time, they sue you and go after you. They have six months from the foreclosure sale to do so.
