Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Nevada
I've been told that I may seek equitable remedy in another state (Nevada) by asking the
court to try only the indesputable facts and do so administratively. I'm unable to afford
travel expenses. Very big corporate opponent. So, Is that possible? Can't find reference
in the NRCPs. Tks! Bill

It is a motion for summary judgment under NRCP 56. You must contend that the facts contained in the Motion are not in dispute and that based upon those facts, and applying appropriate law, you should win.
