Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Nevada

How do I transfer my father's property to me?

Most unfortunately, my father is terminally ill. He would like to sell me his small property with a trailer on it for $1.00 (one dollar). How can we do this? Can we do it without the assistance of an attorney? If I can, how do I do this with him and what forms would we need to fill out? Thank you very kindly for your assistance.

If you were able to do it without an atty, you would not be asking the question. I think you should pay a knowledgable professional to to the assigned task.

It is a fairly simple transaction but doing it without the advice and experience of a professional may end up costing you major headaches in the long run. The attorney's fees for this are minimal. Seek the advice of a real estate lawyer and good luck.
