Transfer of Title to another

Both myself and another are on the deed of trust to a property which is paid for- there are no encumbrances. I'd like to relinquish my interest and delete my name from the deed of trust to enable freedom for the other party to do what they wished with the property.

What type of form do I use to accomplish this in Nevada?

You can just do a quitclaim deed.
