Understanding ''REAL PROPERTY PARCEL RECORDS''
Through the County Assesors Office, ''Real Property Parcel Records'', are public record, In trying to understand one, could you please tell me, if the owner and mailing address, and location address city / townhip street, city, state, and zipcodes, must be the same? Upon reading both, I discovered that the street adress is exactly the same. But for the city and state, they are completely different.

Re: Understanding ''REAL PROPERTY PARCEL RECORDS''
The assessor's records are known to contain many errors, and their reliability is always questionable. It would seem that a miistake was made in entering one or the other address, as the property address is not necessarily the same as the mailing addreess of the owner. If this is actually an absentee owner, I wonder how the Heck they are getting their bills for property taxes, given the scenario you describe?
Some clerk entered the same street address twice, even though the mailing address was, apparently, supposed to be different from the property address.
