Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Nevada
It appears that I'm going to be involved in a case that will involve me getting phone records for texts I have received. Does that get tricky, or is it an easy process? Thank you....

Generally, you must obtain subpoena power in order to get telephone records. Generally, in order to get subpoena power, you must file a lawsuit. In order to file a lawuit under Title VII, you will first need a Right to Sue Letter. You may obtain a Right to Sue Letter from EEOC, which takes approximately six months.
