Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Nevada

So my friend was being harassed by her exboyfriend. One night we got drunk and she got into his email and we forwarded messages to his dad that he was sending other girls while they were dating... I didn't realize one of them had nude photos in them. Now his dad says he is pressing charges. What do I do?

I do not have to do anything at this time. His father may be making a treat that he has no intention of carrying out. If, however, you are served with any court papers, you should consult with an attorney immediately. Also, if you are questioned by police, you should tell them that you do not wish to speak with them without an attorney.
