Legal Question in Tax Law in Nevada

taxation

Do optometrists in Nevada need to

charge patients tax on frames,

lenses,

or contact lenses? I will pay tax on

the items from the vendor, but at a

wholesale rate. Also, do I need a

retail sales permit to operate?
