Legal Question in Veterans Law in Nevada
Asthma Vs. Sleep Apnea
I was medically discharged from the USAF with asthma, during the testing in came to light that I was borderline sleep apnic. The VA rated me 10% for my ashtma and I am currently awaiting results of my sleep study. How are they gonna rate me if it comes back that I have OSA? Is the asthma going to affect how they deal with the sleep apnea?

Just wait and see what they do. A lot depends on the test results and the doctor's opinion. If they say you need a C-PAP and you get what seems to be a lowball rating, you may want to get some more legal advice.
