Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Nevada

Advise

My question is what the best thing for me to do. My mother has past away and no will or anything and there was a number of things that she advised she wants me to have when she does pass away. She was married and her husband did let me know she wanted me to have the house. It was in my grandmothers name, then when she past it went to my mom, then my mom put her husband on the house. So I dont know what will be the best thing to do to get it in my name. I am also concerned about the equity that is in the house. There was a number of other things that was in both of there names plus family jewerly etc. I was told that I am entitled to a fourth of what was hers. Is that true? Also that jewelery has been in the family for over a hundered years and it means alot to me.

Re: Advise

You have a problem. If she put the house in her husband's name while she was alive, you must show that she was a victim of undue influence. You definitely need to hire an attorney to get this resolved due to the amount of money involved.
