Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Nevada

Asset question

I have no medical insurance. I became ill and ended up in hospital for 3 months, with two surgeries. I applied for medicaid while in hospital at request of hospital. I have homesteaded my home but want to know if I need to do anything else to protect my home, etc. I have no money other that my income from Wal-Mart.
