Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Nevada

childrens trust fund - deceased parent

My mother died and left a trust fund to her seven children. My father says he is the executor of that trust fund. He has ''invested'' all the trust monies in real estate property owned by himself, and since has ''leased'' the property to one of my brothers for 99 years. Does my father have the legal right to take my portion of that trust fund and ''lease'' it to anyone? Is there any way I can get my portion of that trust fund now before my father dies? All other six siblings wish to do the same. Thank you.

I would have to have copies of the will and trust in order to give you a good opinion. The actions of your Father sound like they could be looked at by a court and maybe set aside; they may not be within his power as the Trustee to take such actions. If you would like to discuss this in more detail my phone number is 454-2111.
