Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Nevada

Do I have to complete the full revocable trust package or can I type up my instr

Am I able to simply type up my final instructions re my estate and how to disperse, or do I have to complete a ''legal'' revocable living trust package? Also, due to me being the individual on my mother's trust who will benefit from her passing (?), do I have to include her trust info in my trust/can all be combined in a simple manner?

I would recommend the trust package as the documents all work together. You can get a kit from Nevada Legal Forms, contact Dumon Financial or get an attorney. I would not recommend doing these kinds of documents without some assistance.
