Corporate Consulting Company fraud

I recently took a route of having our Family Trust and an LLC created for my grandmother because it was a less expensive route for what seemed to be the same services. Every step of the way we paid a deposit once each action was started. It's now 4 months later and they keep promising to complete it (which I've contacted the county and nothing has been delivered) and we have not received ANYTHING. We have completely paid for our Trust and LLC. What is the best ''next step'' of retrieving our monies of $800 or getting them to do what our contract agrees they are to do?

For $800 to get both, it appears that you did not use a lawyer because it is too cheap. You will probably have to sue to get your money back. If they are lawyers, I would demand my money and if they don't pay, go to the state bar.
