Dissolution of Revokable Living Trust

What forms or verbiage is required to disolve an existing Revokable Living Trust due to divorce?

A revocable living trust is a contract. Like most other contracts, an agreement of all of the parties to the contract would be required to change it. Divorce law might affect your rights to change it.
