Enforcing A Trust

My mother just passed away, she is specific in her trust what she wants carried out for my brother and I. My step father is the Trustee, but is now hostile. Do we have to take him to court to enforce a freeze on monies due to us according to the trust?

If he is breaching his fiduciary duty to the bebeficiaries or the trust agreement then Court is where you need to go.
