Does ''all my children - per stirpes'' include stepchildren

The Term you are looking to use, does not effect the distribution because there does not exist a legal cognizable relationship.

Step children have no legal right to the estate of a deceased step-parent unless the step-parent has adopted them.

My children includes adopted children. It does not include non-adopted "step children."
