Executor
Elderly woman has no remaining family or friends able to serve as executor of will and trust. What can she do?

Depending on the size of the estate, the type of distribution and who her beneficiaries are, she can have a representative of the beneficiary or a professional trustee.

Banks like Wells Fargo have trust departments as well as charitable institutions. She can pay someone to be trustee.
