Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Nevada

My father left no will

my father passed recently he was the owner of a company where he was 100 percent share holder. he died and left no will . he has a wife of 7 years who is not my mother. he adopted my older sister and iam his only son . his wife is trying to keep everything out of probate. she wants to split the company with my sister and leave me nothing. what should i do ? if it goes to probate what would the split be? this company has been around for twenty five years and his wife only seven, i know she should get something but to leave me , his only living son nothing does not seem right. do i have a good chance of getting something in probate? would me and my sister get more ? how do we find out if he had a will no one new about?

Re: My father left no will

Under the laws of intestate succession which applies when there is not a will, the wife would get half and you and your adopted sister one fourth each.
