Filing Period
How long do we have to file a claim due to a death of a sister without a will living in nevada there are 9 remaining siblings and no spouse/children/parents.

A person with a claim against the estate of an intestate decedent may seek to have the estate administered at any time. The sooner the case is investigated the better, however, as someone else might pursue this without affording you actual notice. Once the estate is fully administered and timely filed claims are paid, there is little chance of recovery.
