Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Nevada

Items left in will

My father left me his car that is paid in full. (out of state)

and a motorcycle newly purchased and paid in full ,but not yet been registerd. Do these items have to go through probate?

Yes because they have to be registered in your name, they have to be probated for the DMV to give you title. If you don't register, you will be eventually pulled over by a cop and then you have a big hassled.
