Rick Williams Law Offices of Frederick D. (Rick) Williams, Chtd.

If the problems are construction defects, there are attorneys who work directly in that area of litigation. If it is a title or boundary issue, you need a competent real estate lawyer. If it is a matter of financing or you are seeking a short sale or avoidance of foreclosure, a few attorneys in the Reno area now practice in those specific areas. The fact it is held in the name of a living trust should not make any difference, but it depends on what your problems are. If you are the trustee of the trust, there certainly is no trouble, since you control the property as though it were in your own name.
