land gift deeds
please help me find an easy ''gift deed for 40 acres of land on an Native American Reservation boundaries. Is there a form I can download? Thank you.

Just about any title company in Northern Nevada will provide the deed for you, so long as you are using them to handle the transfer and recordation of the deed. It should cost no more than $100 (plus transfer tax to the county, if it is not intra-family) for the whole transaction, unless it is more complicated than it sounds from your message. What is the relevance of the land bordering on the reservation? If it is privately held (other than by the tribe) that should not matter to the process.
