Large or small, the financial aspects of trusts are regulated under Nevada law, and the fiduciaries who administer trusts have to play by the rules. The rules require periodic accountings, which should not be confused with certain provisions in some testamentary instruments which are commonly called "no-contest" clauses. Your attorney can explain further.
