Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Nevada

If a living trust document is filled out with duly notarized signatures, does it need to be recorded anywhere, state, federal, anywhere for it to become legal binding document in case of death of a trustee?

Living trust are private documents which do not need to be recorded. However, if there is real estate in the living trust those deeds should be recorded to reflect ownership by the living trust.
