Living Trust for none married couple

what form can we use for living trust if were not married ? is the married couples for legal? and our these forms up to date for Nevada Law. Thank you.

You can use the standard joint trust, but you will be ineligible for the AB Trust which give you the marriage deduction upon the death of the first spouse.
