Obtaining copy of trust document

How can I obtain a copy of a Trust document? Is it a public record? If I am mentioned in the Trust do I have any right to a copy of the document?

Normally a trust is a private document which is not filed with the Court. Sometimes, a trust is recorded or a abstract of the trust is recorded. Otherwise, you have to get the trust through discovery or subpoena in litigation.
