Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Nevada
Probate Executor
A couple who looked after my aunt two mornings a week for three years before she died at 89 are named executors of her will. They have been left 50 prcent and my brother and myself 50 percent. We do not object to the 50 percent left to them but do object to their acting as executors because they have proved themselves to be dishonest. How best to go about trying to get rid of them?

Re: Probate Executor
You would have to contest the will, i.e., that provision of the will appointing them as personal representatives of the estate of your aunt.
