Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Nevada

Proceedings against property in estate of decendent

My grandmother makes no mention of me in the last of many wills before her death. I was not notified of forclosure procedings on property thought to be in probate for my father.

Can I make claim if a 'sale' recently took place? Any type claim or lien?

Probably not. Unless the notice of the foreclosure sale was done improperly, there is not much hope of you getting the property back.

The other issue is: who had title to the property. If the Executor of a probate was in charge of the property, and they did nothing to prevent the sale, the executor might be liable to the estate.
