Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Nevada

Revocable trust

My husband & I have separate

wills.We want to make separate

trusts.I want to leave everything to

my grown children & grandchildren. I

just don't want them to have to go

to probate etc.. Are the forms that

you get to do yourself, and online,

good and legal in my state? Who can

I go to locally just to ask questions?

We are not low income but not far

from it! We live on our social

security. What is the name of that

kind of trust? Thank You so much

and have a nice day.

Re: Revocable trust

You should just both do your own separate revocable living trusts. You can go to Nevada Legal Forms or a place like Dumon Financial if you don't want to pay for an attorney. I would not try doing such a trust myself.
