revoking power of attorney

How can my Mother revoke poa from Grandmas sister in Nevada where Grandma up until 1 month ago, she now is in Calif with Mom. My Aunt who has poa filed for guardianship over my Grandma and her estates. What can my Mom do to get her Aunt removed from any and all of my Grandmothers affairs. She has had my Grandma declared imcompetent. Since then she has removed Grandmas name from her bank accounts and her brand new cars and her house? We go to court Nov. 20,2002

This sounds like a legal fight over her competence. If I understand correctly, the later power of attorney may not be valid if she is "declared" incompetent less than one month after signing it. Because she is in California, though, you may need to contest the conservatorship action (and file elder abuse actions, if appropriate or if property/stuff has been transferred) in California.
