Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Nevada

will

My father passed away a few days ago. in his will he named me the executor. he devided everything down the middle with my brother and I. We are both in agreement. He owned a family house in Alabama. worth 60,000 and had a buyer ready to buy the property. Item 5 of the will states; ''I hereby empower my executor to sell property, real or personal, for cash or on time, without order of the court, at such time and upon such terms and conditions as shall seem best.'' Do I have to probate the Will? Or can I sell like he wanted. He also had an old car that I have been driving him in and left it to me and a scooter he baught me for my b-day. neither has been signed over but is clearly stated in the will. Do we have to probate.
