Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Nevada

wills las vegas

My aunt died in 1995 in Las Vegas, was a resident there. I am having a terrible time getting a copy of her will. Which Las Vegas department handles that? Thanks so much.

An attorney in Nevada would probably be a better person to ask, but typically you would go to the Probate Court in the County where your Aunt passed away.

If she had a will, and it was probated, then it should be in their public records.
